Does Rose of Sharon Jewelry accept personal checks and money orders?

Yes, we do. However, your order will not ship until your check/money order has cleared (10-14 days). 

You should send us an email listing the product number(s) and advise you would like to send a check. Sharon (who handles our accounting) will e-mail you an invoice to include with your check.

Your order will be in a pending state for 14 days while you forward your personal/company check/money order to Rose of Sharon Jewelry, 2750 Bankhurst Court, Sparks, NV 89436. Upon receiving your check, we will send you an email notifying you of the estimated ship date. At the end of the clearing period, you will receive a shipment notification email. 

Will you ship outside of the U.S.?

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. (including U.S. possessions) and Canada.

Can I call in an order and mail a check or money order?

Yes – if you can catch us in the studio! We aren’t set up for phone orders specifically; however we realize that not everyone feels comfortable ordering online or does not wish to provide confidential information to a “stranger”. We’ll do our best to serve you via the phone – just call 775-626-7203 (Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific Standard Time) and speak with Sharon.

We will accept a phone order where you can personally give us your credit card info or we’ll email an invoice to submit a check by mail. Remember, we will hold your check for 7 to 10 working days processing time before shipping your order.

Our online ordering system uses a major credit processing system with advanced security. We do not gather credit card information nor does anyone else have access to this information. We also recommend using PayPal where you can make an online purchase without sharing anything other than your shipping info with us. PayPal is quick and easy to use. They accept checking account transfers and all major credit cards.
