Two different styles of lampwork beads are featured in Betty's True Heart. The heart-shaped beads were turned into a focal that announces the heart theme. The clear lampworks, with black interior and pink flowers, combined with the firepolish beads add even more drama. Small round clear Czech glass beads fill out the necklace to 17 inches plus the 2-inch center drop. A gold-plated S-hook clasp with tiny flowers completes the piece. The matching earrings have hammered gold-plate accents and dangle 2 inches. Hearts are such a classic jewelry theme; but True Heart puts a whole new spin on romance by using black as the primary design color. Jennie bought the lampwork beads, but Betty appropriated them after finding a dramatic strand of graduated black firepolish beads that needed some coordinating beads.
