The lovely fresh look of a spring floral wreath has been reimagined in the handmade lampwork beads I used to create Sweet Bouquet. Sweet Bouquet can be worn around the neck at the desired length or adorn your hair like a ring of flowers. The coordinating lampwork glass set features pink, blue and white flowers overlaying clear, white and green glass beads**. A touch of spring green Swarovski crystals makes this centerpiece look like Mother Nature herself designed it. The lampwork beads and crystals are strung on a curved silver plated wire to create the proper drape and to keep the glass from rubbing or clinking together. Bold silver plated round beads complete the center. The finished centerpiece swings from an extra long soft pink ribbon which you will tie into a bow behind your neck. This makes Sweet Bouquet extremely adjustable for length. The necklace looks great from 12- to 19-inches. The ribbon can be left to dangle from your neck or if you prefer you can pernanently shorten the ribbon to the desired length. (see tips below *) Sweet Bouquet is so very lovely! It looks beautiful with all the spring and summer colors. You could also wear it in your hair like a hair band - simple secure it at the back of your neck. You may need to careful shape the curve to fit your head and reshape it for a necklace. You might find a small hair pin will keep it from slipping. Won't you look fabulous?  * To shorten this ribbon, find a sharp pair of scissors and remove any extra ribbon. You can cut the ribbon on the diagonal or straight across. To prevent the ribbon from raveling, apply Fray Check as I have already or a very thin coating of clear glue or clear nail polish just to the cut end. Fray Check can be found at fabric stores and some larger craft stores. Let the ribbon dry thoroughly before wearing. You may also tie a knot at each end or perhaps a series of evenly spaced knots to adjust the length. To remove unwanted wrinkles, use a cool iron on the ribbon. ** These lampwork beads have been properly annealed (cooled slowly) to increase their durability; however, all glass will break if mishandled. Please be certain to carefully wrap and store your lampwork necklace to protect it during storage.
