The Jasper beads have a hand-cut appearance giving each a natural organic look. Sarah sorted through strands of beads to find a color range which best accented the entire piece. Using antiqued brass chain as the upper part of the necklace decreases its weight while adding color and texture. To complete this lovely 17-inch necklace, Sarah used an antiqued brass spring ring clasp with a 3-inch extender chain. On Golden Pond is truly wearable art which blends modern, but everlasting, materials with ancient themes.
