Betty's Night Sky necklace set is well named, as the deep blue goldstone matches that moonless sky. Goldstone is not actually a stone but a man-made glass with flecks of gold within. It is quite difficult to photograph silver jewelry with such deep colored glass; but be assured this blue is true. Look carefully and you'll see the gold twinkling. This 17-inch necklace started with Betty finding the beautiful 1 1/2 inch blue goldstone in sterling silver pendant. She was able to gather up coordinating beads, add some laser-cut sterling silver beads and Bali-style silver daisy spacers and finish it off with a generous sterling silver round toggle clasp. The matching circle earrings on sterling silver ear wires measure 1 1/2 inches.
