She has added matching antiqued gold finished pewter floral beads which she has hand wired among the lovely deep wine/burgundy freshwater pearls. The color variations and textured surface of the pearls work well with the antiqued gold finish of the cross and clasp. Hand wiring and wrapping each pearl and bead takes time and patience but the end result is a wonderful one-of-a-kind design filled with Betty's heart and soul. Flowers Among Thorns is a 21-inch necklace with a 2-1/2 inch Christian cross. The finishing touch is a round floral toggle clasp in the same antiqued gold finish.
