Grow Sunflowers to Save the Bees: Silent Sunday
May is National Perennial Month! Perennials (for those with brown thumbs) are plants which live for 2 years or more. While they are most costly up front, you’ll be rewarded again and again. Some perennials can last for decades and others (like peonies) have been know to live over 100 years!
Flowers are showing lots of green in Northern NV but we’re still a couple of weeks away from it being safe to plant annuals. Tuesday’s wind stripped blossoms off most trees and blew a few down around Reno/Sparks.
You knew it was coming – pictures of my wonderful Grandsons. These are pics from their recent trip to the San Jose Children’s museum. Please feel free to go aaah!
Hunter (12) thinks about a career as a fireman. He is at the I’m cool stage so this picture by Dawn may prove to be embarrassing.
Looks like water is going to be involved which would make Kael (left) and Orion (right) very happy!
Twins (4)
It sure is wonderful to be a place where Mama doesn’t have to keep telling me to keep my hands off!

Sometimes the most fan can be in the hotel pool!

Thanks Dawn for some great iPhone pictures.
